Shipping policy

Orders placed each weekday prior to our UPS Pick-up (generally 1pm EST) will be shipped ASAP(generally the same day). If you need your order faster than UPS Ground can deliver, please consider an expidited shipping option.

International Shipments and Expidited shipping options are available.

Keep in mind that after we've put you order in a carriers hands we are no longer responsible for it.  We can provide you with the infomation you will need to start a claim with the shipper, but please make sure you understand that: Damages and Lost packages will be your responsibility to resolve directly with the carrier.

We'll provide you with tracking info, but we cannot deliver your order for them.  Make sure you understand this before placing an order.
