Online Team & Club Apparel Stores
Give Every Player, Member, and Supporter One Place to Order.
Offer approved team or club apparel through one online Store. Members choose their own items and sizes, families purchase extras, and we manage the orders, production, and packing.
Don’t Do It the Hard Way
A traditional group apparel order makes you responsible for almost everything except printing the shirts.
First, You Guess.
Finalize the artwork and print details
Estimate quantities before knowing actual demand
Request quotes based on those estimates
Set pricing without knowing your final cost
Then, You Chase.
Tell everyone what is available
Collect each person’s style, color, and size
Track payments and unpaid balances
Manage changes, late additions, and forgotten orders
Finally, You Sort.
Compile everything into one production order
Approve proofs, quotes, and invoices
Receive and separate the finished apparel
Distribute or ship every individual order
Fix whatever changed—or was missed—along the way
You needed shirts. Somehow, you became the salesperson, bookkeeper, project manager, and fulfillment department.
Let Us Handle the Orders
Approve the products, artwork, and pricing once. Then share one online Store.
Each purchaser chooses their own products, colors, and sizes, enters their information, and pays when the order is placed.
You promote the Store. My Shirt Shop handles:
The online ordering system
Individual orders and payments
Production and packing
Group distribution or direct shipping
No spreadsheets. No collecting money. No chasing sizes. No sorting individual orders when the shirts arrive.
Spend your time supporting the program—not managing the apparel.
More Than a Storefront
My Shirt Shop connects online ordering directly to apparel production and fulfillment. The products, artwork, pricing, and delivery method are approved before launch—so every paid order arrives ready to produce.
Online Team & Club Apparel Stores
Team Gear Should Build Belonging—Not Another Spreadsheet
Team and club apparel often begins with a simple idea and turns into a complicated order. Someone has to collect sizes, track payments, separate included items from optional purchases, answer questions from families, and determine which finished garments belong to each person.
My Shirt Shop brings those choices into one organized online Store. Your organization approves the products, artwork, colors, pricing, ordering window, and delivery plan. We build the Store, collect the individual selections and payments, and carry each order into production, packing, and fulfillment.
Give Every Group Access to the Right Gear
A Team & Club Apparel Store can serve players, members, coaches, staff, families, alumni, and supporters without placing every item into one oversized order form.
The Store presents the approved assortment in one place, allowing each shopper to select the correct garment, color, size, and quantity. That keeps the group visually connected while giving people enough choice to order apparel they will actually wear.
Combine Included Apparel With Optional Purchases
If the organization provides a required shirt, team item, or member benefit, eligible recipients can use a one-time redemption code to claim it through the Store. The same order can also include additional apparel purchased by the recipient.
- Player or member apparel: Provide an approved item through a redemption code.
- Coach and staff gear: Offer role-specific apparel without managing a separate size list.
- Family and supporter merchandise: Allow others to purchase from the approved assortment.
- Fundraising: Set selling prices that return an agreed amount to the team or club.
This creates one clear ordering experience even when some apparel is organization-funded and other items are purchased individually.
Stop Guessing the Final Product Mix
Every additional garment style, color, and size creates another quantity the organizer would otherwise have to predict. A Store records the actual mix ordered before production, reducing excess inventory and helping prevent shortages in the sizes people need.
For seasonal or deadline-driven programs, the Store can collect orders during a defined campaign window. For organizations that want approved gear available throughout the year, a Managed Store can support new members, replacements, and ongoing supporter purchases.
Keep Every Order Connected Through Distribution
Each Store order records the shopper, products, sizes, quantities, payment or redemption details, and selected delivery method. That information stays connected through production and packing.
Finished orders can be packed by player, member, family, team, or another agreed distribution method. Individual shipping can also be included when it fits the program. Either approach reduces sorting tables, handwritten labels, and the work of reconstructing who ordered what.
Built for Teams, Clubs, and Their Supporters
Team & Club Apparel Stores can support:
- Youth, school, recreational, and travel sports teams
- Booster clubs and parent organizations
- Academic, service, and student clubs
- Dance, cheer, gymnastics, and performance groups
- Community, hobby, and membership organizations
- Coaches, volunteers, families, alumni, and supporters
A focused Campaign Store works well for the beginning of a season, tournament, membership drive, or limited apparel launch. An always-available Managed Store may be better for organizations with recurring needs, changing rosters, or year-round supporter demand.
Start With the Apparel Your Group Already Needs
You do not need to launch a large merchandise program. Start with the core apparel your team or club already orders—a season shirt, member package, coach apparel, or supporter collection.
Once the products, artwork, recipients, pricing, and schedule are defined, we can build the Store and give everyone one link for the next order.
Choose the Store That Fits Your Program
Some groups need a focused ordering window. Others need a store that remains available year-round. Choose the model that best matches how your organization wants to sell and distribute apparel.

Getting Started
Do I need every product, size, and quantity before contacting you?
No. You may have an idea, a group to outfit, an upcoming event, or a design in mind without every detail collected yet.
Tell us who the apparel is for, what you would like to create, and when you need it. We’ll help establish the products, colors, artwork, pricing, production-ready proof, and best ordering method for your group.
What information do you need to get started?
Helpful starting information includes:
- Who the apparel is for
- The purpose of the order or program
- Products or apparel styles being considered
- Artwork, logos, or design ideas
- Preferred colors
- Important dates or deadlines
- Whether one person or multiple people will be ordering
- Preferred pickup or shipping method
Can I place one complete order for my group?
Yes. If you already know the products, quantities, sizes, payment, and delivery details, one person can place the complete order for the group.
Can everyone order and pay individually?
Yes. My Shirt Shop can prepare a simple online ordering page that allows each purchaser to choose their own products, sizes, and quantities and pay when the order is placed.
Can you help select the apparel?
Yes. We can help identify appropriate products, colors, and options based on your audience, intended use, budget, artwork, and ordering method.
Can you help prepare the artwork?
Yes. We’ll review the artwork or design idea and prepare a production-ready proof for approval before ordering begins.
Can we offer multiple products, colors, or designs?
Yes. An ordering page can include multiple approved apparel styles, colors, and designs. Each product is prepared with the artwork and production information needed to produce it confidently.
Simple Online Ordering
What is a custom online ordering page?
It is a customer-facing page where approved apparel and artwork are made available for ordering. Think of it as your group’s own simple apparel store.
Purchasers use one shared link to select products, choose sizes and quantities, enter their information, and pay online.
Do I have to build or manage the online store?
No. My Shirt Shop prepares the approved products and artwork, configures the ordering page, receives the transactions, and carries each order into production, packing, and fulfillment.
Can the ordering page be shared through a direct link?
Yes. Once the ordering page is approved and launched, you’ll receive a link that can be shared with the intended purchasers. Available access options depend on the program configuration.
Who receives the customer payments?
Purchasers pay My Shirt Shop when their orders are placed. Any applicable fundraiser proceeds, coordinator earnings, or broker earnings are calculated using the pricing established before launch and reconciled according to the store model.
Can one person still order for everyone?
Yes. Simple online ordering provides another option; it does not eliminate traditional group ordering. One person may place a complete order when the sizes, quantities, payment, and delivery information are already organized.
What happens after an online order is placed?
That depends on the store configuration. Campaign orders are generally held for production after the ordering period closes. Managed-store orders are generally processed as they arrive.
In either case, the purchaser’s approved product, artwork, size, quantity, payment, and fulfillment information remain connected to the order.
Can the ordering page remain available for future orders?
Yes. Some ordering pages are designed for a limited campaign, while others remain available for ongoing purchases. A campaign may also transition into an always-available ordering option when the products, pricing, and fulfillment method support it.
Limited-Time Campaign Stores
What is a Campaign Store?
A Campaign Store is a custom ordering page that remains open for a defined period. It works well for fundraisers, school programs, teams, clubs, events, seasonal orders, and limited apparel launches.
How long does a campaign remain open?
The opening and closing dates are established before launch based on the group’s deadline, promotion plan, production requirements, and fulfillment method.
When is campaign apparel produced?
Orders are collected during the campaign period. After the campaign closes, the sales information is reviewed, the apparel is ordered as needed, and the combined campaign is processed as a production batch.
Can campaign purchasers pay individually?
Yes. Each purchaser places and pays for their own order through the campaign store.
Can campaign orders be packed separately?
Yes. Campaign orders can be packed by purchaser, even when the completed orders are delivered together for coordinator distribution.
Can campaign orders be shipped directly to purchasers?
Yes. Direct shipping can be configured when appropriate. The default campaign method is often purchaser-level packing with coordinator pickup or delivery, but fulfillment options are established before launch.
How are fundraiser proceeds established?
The coordinator cost and customer selling price are established before the campaign launches. We can provide suggested retail pricing, but the approved customer price determines the expected proceeds from each sale.
This allows the coordinator to understand the expected proceeds before promoting the campaign.
When are campaign proceeds paid?
Campaign sales are reconciled after the ordering period closes. The applicable proceeds are paid according to the arrangement established before launch, often with or shortly after the completed campaign order.
Can a campaign be reopened for late orders?
Possibly. Product availability, pricing, production requirements, and fulfillment timing may need to be reconfirmed before reopening a completed campaign.
Always-Available Managed Stores
What is a Managed POD Store?
A Managed POD Store is an always-available apparel store where approved products can be ordered throughout the year.
It works well for companies, employee programs, schools, teams, membership organizations, established brands, and groups with ongoing demand.
Does a Managed Store have to close before production begins?
No. Managed-store orders are processed as they arrive rather than waiting for a campaign closing date.
Who supplies the apparel for a Managed Store?
For a standard Managed POD Store, My Shirt Shop sources the approved apparel needed to produce each order.
Are Managed Store orders produced individually?
Yes. The production model allows approved orders to be produced efficiently as they arrive, including individual orders.
Can Managed Store orders ship directly to purchasers?
Yes. Managed Store orders are generally packed and shipped directly to the purchaser using the fulfillment configuration established for the store.
How are Managed Store earnings reported and paid?
Store activity is reconciled through internal reporting. Applicable earnings are generally reported and paid monthly according to the pricing and payout arrangement established before launch.
Can products be added or updated later?
Yes. New products or designs can be requested and prepared for approval. Changes may require updated product availability, pricing, artwork, and production proofs.
Broker-Provided Inventory Stores
What is a Broker-Provided Inventory Store?
This is an always-available store supported by blank apparel supplied and owned by the broker. My Shirt Shop decorates and fulfills customer orders using the approved inventory held for that program.
Who supplies the blank apparel?
The broker supplies the prescribed blank apparel and sends it to My Shirt Shop for storage, decoration, and fulfillment.
How is available inventory displayed?
The store’s available quantities are based on the approved blank apparel currently in stock. Customers—and the broker or coordinator—can see the available inventory through the customer-facing store.
What happens when a size is running low?
Remaining inventory can be included in periodic reporting, and low-stock notifications may be provided when an approved size or product is nearing depletion.
Are substitutions made when inventory runs out?
No substitutions are expected. If the original blank becomes unavailable or difficult to source, the broker may request a new product listing and provide the newly prescribed inventory.
Can a broker provide a replacement product?
Yes. A new product can be evaluated, proofed, approved, and added after the broker supplies the prescribed blanks and the required product information.
Who is responsible for dormant or obsolete inventory?
The broker remains responsible for blank inventory that becomes dormant, obsolete, or no longer appropriate for the program.
Can unused broker inventory be returned?
Yes. The broker may arrange an approved inventory return by supplying the required return authorization and shipping label.
How are inventory and earnings reported?
Monthly or periodic reporting can include store activity, applicable earnings, remaining inventory by product and size, and low-stock information.
Can Broker Store orders be fulfilled without showing the production partner?
Yes. Broker programs can be configured for blind or white-label fulfillment so the broker can maintain the customer relationship.
Production and Fulfillment
How are products and artwork approved before ordering begins?
Each approved product is prepared with its apparel style, color, artwork, placement, sizing, pricing, and other production information. A proof is reviewed and approved before the product is made available for ordering.
Why might youth and adult apparel appear as separate products?
Different garments, sizes, or designs may require different artwork sizing, placement, or production instructions. When a separate proof is needed for confident production, the item is prepared as a separate product.
Are orders packed by purchaser?
Yes. Orders can be packed at the purchaser level so individual items remain connected to the person who ordered them.
Can completed orders be delivered together?
Yes. Individually packed orders can be combined into one coordinated delivery or pickup for distribution by the organizer.
Can completed orders ship directly to each purchaser?
Yes. Direct-to-purchaser shipping is available when included in the store’s fulfillment configuration.
Does My Shirt Shop only collect the orders?
No. The ordering system is connected to our production and fulfillment process. My Shirt Shop carries approved orders through production, purchaser-level packing, configured pickup or shipping, reporting, and applicable payout.
How do I know which store model is right for my group?
You don’t have to decide before contacting us. Tell us who the apparel is for, how people will order, whether the program has a deadline, and how the completed orders should be delivered. We’ll help recommend the most appropriate setup.
Still Have Questions?
Tell us what you’re trying to create and how your group needs to order. We’ll review the details and help identify the best next step.
